Variety Bomba

It is the jewel of the Rice of Calasparra, considered essential by the best Spanish restauradores adorns the tables of the main restaurants.


White rice of small size that increases when cooking it until 100% in length and thickness.

Highly resistant to the filled with paste one it absorbs in paellla up to 5 times of broth by 1 of rice, does not go, it is possible to be reheated without it loses an apex of texture or flavor.

The approximate time of baking is of 18 minutes, being recommendable to strong fire the first 12 minutes, is rest to smooth fire.

He is advisable to let it rest during 5 minutes preferably covered.

White round grain rice and excellent quality that when cooking increases it to its size until a 60% in length and thickness.

Great resistance to the filled with paste one absorbs in paella up to 3 parts of broth by one of rice.

East type of rice for paellas is recommended as much as sweet plates, asi like stews,  ect.. the approximate time of baking is of 20 minutes.
