Its annual production very is limited, of 2.5 million to 3.5 million kilos. Although the surface enrolled in the Registry of Parcels of the Denomination of Origin is of 1,000 hectares due to the rotation of the cultures single seed to the year 500 or 600 hectares.

The rice Flower of Calasparra pertence to the Regulating Council Denominción of Calasparra Origin, and take refuges in its norms observing its rules for the quality and prestige that offers to its clients.
